    Description

    This is a ticket from the December 29, 1983 game between the Boston Celtics and Houston Rockets at the Summit in Houston, Texas.  The Rockets beat the Celtics 109-97 in Ralph Sampson's ROOKIE season.  Sampson finished the game with 27 points and 19 rebounds.  Robert Parish led Boston with 28 points and 19 rebounds, and Larry Bird added 25 points and 14 rebounds.  The Celtics would go on to win their 15th World Championship during that 1983-84 season.
