    Description

    This “ARMY” cap gun was made in 1900 with a 1 star rating for rarity. It is described in Sam Logan/Charles Best book “Cast Iron Toy Guns and Cap Shooters” on page 5 (A8.3). This cap gun is 5 3/8 inches in length. It is a single shot, single action, which means it takes a single small cap and has to be cocked every time to fire it. On the left side of the gun the word “ARMY” is clearly embossed and on the right side it has ‘MADE IN U.S.A.” It has decorative scroll work on both sides of the grip. This gun is in excellent condition. Please refer to the pictures.
    This is a toy cap gun. It cannot be altered to shoot any type of projectile.
