    Description

    This Stevens “s.n.65.1” cap gun was made in 1879 with a three star rating for rarity. It is described in Sam Logan/Charles Best book “Cast Iron Toy Guns and Cap Shooters” on page 191 (s.n.65.1). This cap gun is 3 3/4 inches in length. It is a single shot, single action, which means it has to be cocked every time to fire it. This gun is black, in very good condition, and has decorative markings on both sides of the gun. Please refer to the pictures.
    This is a toy cap gun. It cannot be altered to shoot any type of projectile.
