ANTIQUE “ENGLISH14 SUPER BIG BANG” FOREIGN CAP GUN MAKER UNKNOWN

Description

This foreign cap gun is described in Sam Logan/Charles Best book “Cast Iron Toy Guns and Cap Shooters” on page 221 “Foreign Cap Guns” (English14 “SUPER BIG BANG”). This cap gun is 6 5/8 inches in length. It is a single shot, single action, which means it has to be cocked every time to fire it. It takes a single mammoth cap and has a cylinder which doesn't rotate. The words “SUPER BIG BANG” are clearly embossed on the left side of the of the grip. Other markings on the left side of the barrel are "REG'D NO. 456375" and on the right side of the grip a large code mark "G." This cap gun is in excellent condition. Please refer to the pictures.
This is a toy cap gun. It cannot be altered to shoot any type of projectile.
