Free Domestic Shipping.
One of the most unusual bonds I have ever had: Central Electric Company of Moscow, issued June 15, 1899 and written in French.  I believe this is a 28 year bond.
Parchment paper with royal blue and black printing.
Rubber stamps in black and red - may be tax stamps.
Personlly signed by an official.
Interest coupons attached for semi-annual payments.  Four have been removed, but the ones for 1900-1926 still remain.
Super nice condition.
I only 4 of these when I made this listing.  Yours may have a different serial number than pictured.
Only one fold--that's to turn the coupons around.
9 1/2" x 13" with the coupons turned around--18 3/4" x 13" fully opened.
