Escondido Mutual Water stock 250 shares signed by Don D. Roberts & Lois Roberts

Escondido Mutual Water Company, Stock Certificate, B Issue, size 8 ½” x 11” in used condition, with signatures and stamps and cancellations, folds, marks, holes and rips. Printed on both sides, with a beautiful image of a flaming torch on one side with ornate borders, and an ornate border on the other side. The Escondido Mutual Water Company, Escondido, California, was incorporated May 9, 1905.  A real piece of Escondido history!
This classic certificate is numbered B1276, dated November 2, 1951, for 250 shares issued to Ron D. Roberts and Lois Roberts.  There is another document stapled to this signed by the Roberts and indicating a transfer of shares to Albert W. Hubbard and Mildred Hubbard.
