I am charged with selling some of my stepdad’s estate/collectibles for my mom. Save this store as a favorite as I will be listing bundles and singles for years to come, from games, political, sports, hollywood and civil war to an immense world class collection of worlds fair and exposition pieces.
Here is a Kenton Gene Autry cap gun featuring his horse “Champion” on the plastic handle scales (no chips or cracks on the handle scales) and above the trigger guard. The gun is about 9” long. The gun fires (clicks as it should and the bit of spring steel that advances the caps is intact, though I did not load caps). The loading mechanism works and the spring is intact there as well.
The holster, to the best of my research is also a Kenton (Note the round decorative rivets and tin horse badge). I don’t believe the single guns sold with holsters. It is tough to research this adequately but I saw other Kenton holsters with the exact same rivets and horse head badges. The leather is unworn and the holster appears un-played-with. It is a right hand holster. The gun fits perfectly in the holster
This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
