This is one used Hikvision DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 4MP 4mm Bullet POE Camera.  Working pull.  All metal, extremely durable.
The best and easiest way to access these cameras is with an Hikvison DVR.  Plug and play, with no configuration needed.  Otherwise, a bit more work is needed.  To access the cameras individually, this is my method:
Download SADP tool from web and search for the Hikvision camera connected to the router.  Make sure your router or switch ports are POE.  Otherwise, external power is needed to power the camera.
Once found, it will display its IP and other information.
Access the IP via browser of choice and login.  I will provide user name and password to buyer.
Once in, user can configure everything via the Configuration menu.
As for liveview, I use tinyCam Pro.  But other App should work as well.
