OS is not installed. What is included in the photos is what will be included. We cannot guarantee the fingerprint reader and the MSR(magnetic card reader) to be fully functionally. Unit has areas of stickiness that does not affect the functionality. Unit is missing both bottom side panel that covers the power supply. Unit comes with NON-OEM power cord. There is cosmetic blemishes that is cosmetic in nature and does not affect the functionality of the unit.
