    Description

This honorary citizen award was presented to Jack Teagarden, in the 1940s, when Jack and his traveling band appeared in Evansville, Indiana.
Jack Teagarden, known as the king of the jazz trombone, and blues and scat singer.
This award was in Jack's personal collection of memorabilia.  It was given to me by Jack's wife in the late 1980s.  She was a great personal friend throughout the 1980s.  She passed away in the early 1990s.
I have been a collector of music memorabilia for 50+ years.
At my age (79), I am beginning to sell a lifelong, eclectic, collection of unique artwork.  I enjoyed this great collection.  Now, it's time to share it with others.
If you'll notice, I will be selling my entire collection, which I have accumulated for over 50 years.  My feedbacks reflect my honesty and fairness.  I have been selling on Ebay for over fifteen years, but, now it is time to share this great collection of paintings, music memorabilia, jazz and rock records, statues, political history, antique books, vaudeville, Louis Armstrong, and genuine, original, signed photos and,  etc., etc.
Thank you for looking - and please keep me on your favorite sellers list.  If YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, I AM VERY COMMUNICATIVE.
    Best Regards,
    JIMMY N
