    Pinkney Roberts Original 1949 Signed Agreement to perform at Washington D.C's historic Howard Theatre.  Original 8 x 10 Photo in good condition with light surface creases and small tear at left bottom corner.
    Note: Pinkney Roberts (1919-2013) was an Emcee, Comedian, Dancer, Singer, and Producer. He began his career in 1938  and was billed as Baltimore's Youngest MC.
    Throughout the years he worked with many great performers including  Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Ella Fitzgerald, John Coltrane, BB King,
    Dinah Washington, Sarah Vaughan, Ruth Brown, Moms Mabley,  Louis Jordan, and Al Hibbler
