This is a very nice majolica Figural Spill Vase with a Chick and Egg.  It is in very good condition with only a few tiny/small glaze flecks to its inner rim which were hand restored by a studio artist and they are being disclosed solely for a complete record (see last few pictures). The colors are vivid and beautiful. Marked as seen in the last picture. Like most antique majolica, it has some crazing and minor discoloration.
Please disregard the lighting glares.
