    This is a very nice and beautiful English antique majolica vase by Holdcroft, and circa 1880s. It was hand decorated with a wren, a butterfly and calla lilies with vine and leaves. It is in very good condition and is in fact one of the best we have ever had in decades.  It is also very clean and vivid with no hairline or crack but has a professional restoration to the tip of its wing (see last picture for enlarged details). Otherwise, it is nice and exceptionally beautiful. Like most antique majolica, it has some crazing and discoloration.   Please disregard the lighting glares.
