This is majolica plate decorated with a running stag and a dog. This plate is in good condition with no chip but has a dark crazed line or short tight hairline to the back of its rim (see enlarged picture) which was hand touched up by a studio artist (the previous owner) to reduce their visual effects. Like most antique majolica, it has some crazing. Otherwise it is a nice majolica plate to collect. Please disregard the lighting glares.
