Accudraft Down draft paint booth.
28 x 13 x 9 needs some bulbs every thing works as it should. Floor track the  walls sit on needs replacing, its nailed to concrete can be made easily .Make me an offer i can' refuse nine seven nine four eight two one nine five six. Rear wall can be converted to side down draft instead of making concrete down drafts.  Heat is Propane or Natural Gas ready. Double insulated walls hold heat better than cheap single wall ones to save energy. Buyer to assist in tear down recommended.
