    Vintage 1960's Fisher Price Chatter Telephone Pull Toy with Moving Eyes #747. Wooden base.  Eyes move up and down when you pull the telephone.  The telephone also makes a noise when you pull it.  The dial makes an old school telephone noise when you rotate it.
