Vintage Large Green & Browns Majolica Jardiniere Planter Flower Pot Weller?

Vintage Large Green & Browns Majolica Planter/Flower Pot
Size: approx 9" across x 7.75" tall
weight: 5 lbs 5oz
There is crazing on this piece. There is a hole in the bottom where someone must've drilled for water. There are some makers pops on the inside as well as discoloring inside.  The outside has some white stuff along the bottom.  May be able to be cleaned if you know how.  I don't see any chips or cracks.  Please see ALL pictures for condition.
