vintage table top ele potato peeler

vintage  table top  ele  potato peeler   i put 2  potatos  in the unit  w  a little water  plugged it  in  and  it  did work  i think it  would  better  w  a few more potato's    comes  w  2 new  of the 3m  24 grit  discs   see  pics    has  no on off switch  not  sure  it ever had  on e or  not.  theres   no brand  name that  i can read  there  is a tag  but  the model brand  must of  been painted  on the tag and has  been scrubbed  off     the unit has a  coated of what looks like  cooking grease  may of sat by a deep fryer  ??     sold   as is   NO returns
