Vintage Clown Cake Decorating Picks, Birthday Balloons, Old!!.
**Please see pictures.  These are Vintage, Old!!  One of the clowns has peeling, otherwise good.
**Clowns and collars and are marked Wilton Hong Kong, others marked Hong Kong
**Big Clowns Measure 3" tall and 2-1/2" dia
** Small Clowns Measure: 2" x 1-1/2"
**These decorations are very old but still in good condition.  1 clown peeling only at top.  Faces and colors are great, Also the 3/4" balloons are colorful.
**There are 25 pcs.  Counting the clowns as 2 pcs and the cluster of balloons at 1 pc.
