I have several of these--you will receive one exactly similar to the one photographed.
It's a super certificate with a super illustration of the Virginia Seal--FRONT AND BACK of the seal.
This is a cancelled certificate and comes with the things you would expect on a cancelled certifcate:  the stub at the left from where it was reunited in the book and cut marks on the signatures of the company executives.
There are vertical folds from where this certificate was placed in a bank box.
SUPER CERTIFICATE.
This will be shipped flat with no new folds with "Do Not Bend" marked clearly.
